Inter-uni Bonding. Sem 2, 2017.

On the 15^th of September 2017 (Friday), A few universities have participated in a Inter-Uni Bonding Session organized by Multimedia Uniersity (MMU), these universities include Monash University, Inti International University, University of Nottingham and not forgetting our very own Sunway University! This Inter-Uni Bonding session have given us students a chance to interact and build bonds with students from other universities.

This event was held in Breakout, KL NU Sentral, from 4.00p.m. until 7.00p.m. 10 members from Sunway CPA Australia Student Charter (SCSC) had represent Sunway University in attending this Inter-Uni bonding session.

When we arrived at Breakout, we started to introduce ourselves to the students who are already present while waiting for the others to arrive.

When everyone had arrived, we were split into 6 groups to participate in Breakout. Breakout is a problem-solving activity that required full participation and teamwork within the participants, due to the game requiring different ways of thinking; it cannot be completed by a single person. By participating in this activity, we are able to build bonds and trust with one another, and also enjoy the process of solving the problems together.

After the activity, each group had a mini photo session followed by a group photo of all participants of the Inter-Uni bonding session.

After taking photos, everyone had dinner together in ‘The Chicken Rice Shop’. This dinner had given us a chance to interact with more students from other universities, so we all shared our experiences and thoughts with one another.

After dinner, we exchanged contacts with each other to ensure we are able to stay in touch. Finally, we bid our goodbyes to the other students and took the LRT back to Sunway University. Thank you MMU for organising this year’s Inter-Uni Bonding!! It was great to meet so many fellow CPA student ambassadors from different universities and it was such a memorable day for all of us! We will be keeping our hopes up for a possible collaborate in the future!
